Mobile discipline

Ship one app: the Wallet.

PlenaProof does not ship 14 mobile apps. The mobile product is the Wallet. The platforms become receipt types, packet builders, issuer actions, reviewer workflows, QR checks, and deep links inside or around the Wallet.

What not to build first

Do not build

  • Fourteen separate mobile apps.
  • A social network.
  • A universal identity database.
  • Full issuer backend before one narrow pilot.
  • AI generation features that compete with cheap model wrappers.

Build instead

  • One wallet.
  • One issuer portal.
  • One public verifier.
  • One reviewer registry.
  • One refusal publication workflow.
