For Individuals & Families

An institution went silent. That silence is a fact you can record.

Being ignored is not the same as being rejected — but it can close the same doors. A Non-Response Receipt records the request you sent, your proof that you sent it, the deadline that was stated or reasonable, the reminders you sent, and the date no answer arrived. Then it drafts an escalation letter you can send. It is a receipt, not a verdict.

Honest limits. PlenaProof is not a lawyer, a court, or a government office, and it cannot force any institution to answer or to change a decision. A Non-Response Receipt is a dated record of what you sent and the silence that followed — proof you can keep and share. It is a receipt, not a ruling on who is right.

What a Non-Response Receipt holds

  • The request you sent.
  • Your proof of submission.
  • The stated or reasonable response deadline.
  • The reminders you sent.
  • "No answer by [date]."
  • An escalation letter you can send.
  • A receipt saved to your Vault.

Keep it factual. The strength of a non-response record is dates and proof of sending, not argument.
