PLENA public pages must clearly distinguish examples, pilot candidates, and active verification records. A sample badge, receipt, registry row, or JSON example is not a certification, partnership, legal determination, or live registry record.
Used for product explanation, screenshots, mock records, and buyer education. It must not name a fictional organization as verified.
Used when an institution or reviewer is being prepared for a pilot. It may describe workflow readiness but not active verification.
Used only when a real public receipt, registry entry, reviewer status, or badge has been reviewed, dated, linked, and activated.
PLENA wording rule: do not use “PLENA Verified,” “certified reviewer,” “officially accepted,” “court-admissible,” “government-grade,” “insured,” “standards-adopted,” or “partner-approved” unless the underlying status is real, documented, and publicly checkable.
