PLENA Institutional Pricing

Price PlenaProof as institutional proof infrastructure.

Institutions pay when the product reduces risk, saves staff time, builds reviewable records, and produces packets they can show to boards, funders, accreditors, regulators, partners, courts, journalists, or appeal bodies. PlenaProof is the proof, receipt, review, escalation, and continuity layer around the institution's existing systems — not a replacement for them.

AI can generate. PlenaProof proves.

AI can simulate. PlenaProof records what actually happened.

AI can advise. PlenaProof proves who reviewed, accepted, rejected, appealed, or sealed the decision.

Fortune 500 Enterprise Proof Layer

AI can act. PlenaProof proves who authorized, reviewed, refused, corrected, and accepted responsibility. d19.104 adds a buyer-facing enterprise layer for AI agents, vendors, incidents, board/regulator packs, public trust portals, insurance evidence, and ProofOps.

This page is the how much. The How PlenaProof is funded page is the who pays — Open Verify, Paid Create, Paid Train, Paid Issue. Institutions and donors fund the system; end users access the base free.

Every institutional workflow follows the same five steps

Intake → Review → Receipt → Escalation → Archive. Each priced suite is one application of this flow to a specific institutional risk surface. The pricing logic follows the work the institution actually does, not the platform count.

1

Intake

Submission, application, claim, partner file, document set, AI-assisted decision, complaint, or service encounter is received and described.

2

Review

A named human reviewer or institutional team examines the intake against the institution's own checklist, criteria, policy, or risk threshold.

3

Receipt

A reviewable receipt is generated: what was submitted, who reviewed it, what was decided, and what was preserved.

4

Escalation

Where appropriate: refusal, appeal, missing-item correction, deadline alert, or referral to the right body — documented, not buried.

5

Archive

Durable record continuity so the workflow survives staff turnover, leadership change, audit, dispute, or institutional handover.

Suggested public pricing logic

Exact enterprise pricing stays flexible; the public structure shows that PlenaProof is purchasable and that the price scales with the size and risk of the institution, not the platform count.

The eight suites — what each suite is for, and what the buyer receives

PLENA's institutional surface is organised around eight suites. Each suite has a slim core (typically two to three platforms) and a set of diagnostic modules PlenaProof recommends when the workflow reveals deeper risk. Institutions buy outputs, not platforms.

Truth boundary for this suite specifically. PlenaProof does not issue national IDs, passports, visas, civil records, or official government documents. The Public Service Continuity suite documents the service journey around them — what was submitted, what was missing, what was corrected, what was escalated, and what was handed over.

Why institutions buy: challenge-readiness.

PlenaProof helps institutions become challenge-ready.

When a decision is questioned by a student, client, regulator, board, funder, court, employee, journalist, parent, donor, partner, or public agency, the institution can show what was submitted, who reviewed it, what was missing, what was accepted or refused, what was escalated, and what was preserved. That is the institutional risk picture pricing is paid against.

Founding design-partner program

The first institutional logos matter more than ordinary revenue. PlenaProof offers a controlled discount in exchange for implementation feedback, public registry listing permission, and a case study where appropriate.

Three anchor sectors

Target one university or college, one NGO or foundation, and one church or diocese network before expanding to finance, publishing, employers, and public agencies.

Clear exchange

Discounted pilot, public registry profile, optional quote, anonymized metrics, and permission to describe the workflow in a case study.

Case-study output

Before/after readiness score, case volume, packets exported, deadlines tracked, receipts issued, reviewers named, and staff trained.

Add-ons that increase contract value

White-label portal

Institution-branded intake, dashboard, badge, and registry profile.

Audit pack exports

Board, funder, accreditor, court, or regulator export packs priced by usage.

API roadmap

For institutions that may later want PLENA receipts, QR checks, or case updates inside their own systems after a production backend is scoped.

Sector AI Trust Suites

PLENA Sector AI Trust Suites add sector-specific AI trust workflows for universities, churches, NGOs, legal aid, finance, publishers, employers, public agencies, tourism, aviation, mobility platforms, and human-service organizations. Each sector page names the buyer's standards vocabulary, the parent suite, the recommended platform route, the human-review receipt logic, the VRX-1 verification path, and the exportable buyer-ready output.

Important boundaries

PlenaProof is a proof, receipt, review, escalation, and continuity layer. The boundaries below stay the same at every price tier.

PlenaProof does not: issue passports, national IDs, visas, official credentials, court records, or government documents; replace universities, registrars, legal offices, compliance teams, banks, courts, governments, or regulators; provide legal advice; guarantee regulatory compliance; certify AI systems unless a real certification program exists; claim formal partnerships unless they exist; claim blockchain anchoring unless actually implemented and tested; replace apostilles, notarization, embassies, government seals, official certification, or legal authentication.

PlenaProof does provide: verification-readiness, proof organization, receipt generation, human review documentation, evidence continuity, diagnostic routing, and public-safe verification surfaces.

Eight institutional suite doors

Direct entry points for buyers. Each suite has a buyer persona, pilot package, platform flow, sample output, and truth boundary.
