Door B · My Proof Vault

Your life needs a proof home.

PlenaProof Vault is not only a receipt store. It is a personal proof identity and life archive — thirteen zones for the records, deadlines, packets, and handover rules that follow a person through life and across borders.

Scope: this build is a productized front-end preview and local workflow. It can organize local wallet items, generate portable proof packets, preview a QR proof profile, and export a Life Proof Archive from browser storage. It is not yet an account-backed cloud wallet, a government ID wallet, a W3C Verifiable Credentials issuer, an Open Badges 3.0 issuer, or an EUDI-wallet-conformant wallet. Those require backend accounts, issuer partners, signing keys, compliance review, and production security review.

What the Wallet is and is not

A personal proof companion. Not a replacement for any government, court, or institutional system.

The PlenaProof Vault organizes proof and produces verification-readiness around records you already have. It is read alongside, not in place of, the systems that issue your identity documents, credentials, and decisions.

  • It does not issue passports, national IDs, visas, court records, or government documents.
  • It does not replace universities, registrars, legal offices, banks, courts, or regulators.
  • It does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • It does not replace apostilles, notarization, embassies, government seals, or legal authentication.
  • It provides receipt generation, human review documentation, evidence continuity, diagnostic routing, and public-safe verification surfaces.
Core wallet layer

Lifetime Proof Identity

PlenaProof Vault gives one person a durable proof home: a durable proof handle concept, a QR proof profile, a receipt history preview, and a lifetime timeline that can connect urgent-life help, proof packets, human proof, AI harm defense, AI-agent receipts, passport readiness, credentials, origin records, evidence certificates, and cross-border sealing.

Durable handle, carefully stated: the handle below is a local preview of the identity layer. It is useful for product testing and positioning. A truly durable public PLENA handle would require account creation, authentication, abuse controls, recovery rules, and backend registration.

QR proof profile

A recipient can open a profile link, then verify only the proof packet or receipt you choose to share. Open Verify, Paid Create: public checking stays accessible; creation, management, certified exports, registry-backed verification, and institutional dashboards can be paid services. Open Public Verify →

Profile link appears after saving.

Thirteen proof zones

What lives in your Wallet

The Wallet organizes around the thirteen categories of records that follow a person through life. Each zone names what belongs there, the receipt type that attaches to it, and the PLENA surface that produces or holds it. Most receipt types are on the roadmap until built — labeled honestly where that is the case.

Zone 01

Identity & documents

National-ID readiness, passport readiness, birth records, name proofs, and the verification trail around identity-service interactions. The interactive Lifetime Proof Identity card above is the entry point.

Receipt: Personal Trust Context Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 02

Education & credentials

School records, diplomas, transcripts, professional credentials, certifications, foreign-degree recognition trails, and continuing-education proof.

Receipt: Opportunity Readiness Packet (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 03

Work & income

Employment records, pay slips, contracts, freelance invoices, unpaid-wage evidence, and the proof packets that travel with a job application or a wage dispute.

Receipt: Personal Evidence Readiness Packet (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 04

Health/care documents

Medical records, prescriptions, care plans, vaccination records, and the proof trail around health-service decisions you may later need to appeal, hand to a new provider, or rely on across borders.

Receipt: Personal Sealed Proof Packet (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 05

Family & dependents

Children's birth records, dependency declarations, custody records, family-history documents, diaspora records, and proofs you may need to assemble for a family member who cannot assemble them themselves.

Receipt: Diaspora Proof Packet (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 07

Immigration/travel

Visa applications, immigration appeals, travel records, cross-border document packets, displacement records, and the proof trail that lets a person re-establish identity continuity across borders.

Receipt: Cross-Border Packet Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 08

Deadlines

Imminent dates you cannot afford to miss. Appeal windows, renewal dates, response-by dates, document expiries. Each deadline carries the proof trail of when you learned of it and what you did.

Receipt: Deadline Protection Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 09

Evidence packets

Send-ready bundles of records assembled for one specific situation. A case before a tribunal, an HR investigation, an insurance claim, a complaint to a regulator. Built once, shareable many times.

Receipt: Personal Evidence Readiness Packet · Personal Sealed Proof Packet (both roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 10

Creator/authorship records

Drafts, datasets, recordings, manuscripts, photo originals, design files, code commits, and the timestamp-and-origin trail that records you made what you made before someone else can claim it.

Receipt: Creator Origin Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 11

AI-agent permissions

Records of which AI agents a person has authorized to act on their behalf, for what tasks, with which limits, for how long, and what they did while authorized.

Receipt: AI Agent Permission Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 12

Human service encounters

Proof that a real human served you. Caregiver visit, chaplain encounter, tutoring session, legal-aid intake, social worker appointment, NGO service, community support. What was discussed, what was promised, what was handed over, what follow-up is expected.

Receipt: Human Service Encounter Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Zone 13

Emergency handover

The succession rule for a proof identity. Designation of trusted contacts, posthumous handover, incapacity delegate, displacement recovery. The protocol roadmap is documented on its own surface so it can carry the depth its audience needs.

Receipt: Life Archive Continuity Receipt (roadmap, lock Part 1.10).
Lifetime Proof Timeline

Lifetime receipt timeline

Local browser timeline of wallet items, case events, and receipt records. A production Wallet would sync securely across devices after account and backend implementation.

How things get into your wallet: any PLENA workflow can mark a useful artifact as wallet-ready when saving it. VERITA surfaces credential records, ORIGINA surfaces origin proofs, CONSERVA surfaces preservation receipts, and PROVA surfaces generated letters. You can also add items manually from inside a case workflow.

W3C Verifiable Credentials
Hold and verify a third-party W3C Verifiable Credential (VC 2.0) next to your PLENA receipts. Paste a credential in the compact vc+jwt form below.

What this verifier does: it checks the credential's EdDSA (Ed25519) signature in your browser, against the issuer's public key carried inline as a did:jwk. Verification runs entirely on this device — no upload, no network call. It supports the W3C VC 2.0 JOSE form (application/vc+jwt) signed with Ed25519 only. It confirms the credential is cryptographically intact and bound to the named issuer key; it does not assert that the issuer is accredited, real-world authoritative, or unrevoked. did:web, did:key, JSON-LD Data Integrity proofs, and status-list revocation are not checked in this build. A credential that fails any check is rejected and not stored.
Held credentials on this device
Stored only in this browser, alongside your PLENA receipts. Clearing browser data removes them.

Wallet build path

Where the Wallet is heading

The current Wallet is a front-end preview built around browser storage. The roadmap turns each zone into receipts from real issuers and named human reviewers, with a mobile app, offline QR verification, and proof-export across the fourteen platforms.

Life proof before crisis: do not wait until life asks for proof. Build it before you need it.
